Innovation Theater Session (20 Minutes) | $2,100

These 20-minute presentation opportunities allow you to share your thought leadership and/or healthcare educational solution with INACSL attendees and illustrate how your company solves these issues. INACSL will create and send a dedicated email promoting all Vendor Awareness Sessions, which will be scheduled during exhibit hours at the INACSL Theater.

Networking Sponsorships

Exhibit Hall Reception (two available) | $5,250 each

Choose Wednesday or Thursday night reception. Sponsor may supply table tent cards or printed materials on high-top tables. Sponsors may also provide branded napkins to be used during the sponsored event (bars & appetizer stations). Sponsorship includes recognition in marketing materials for the event, company branding on the event within the daily schedule, and the opportunity to provide a welcome message to attendees.

Relaxation & Recharge Lounge | $5,250

Sometimes attendees need to get away from it all and just relax or recharge their mental batteries. Signs will be posted at the Relaxation & Recharge Lounge location. Sponsor may supply table tent cards or printed materials in the area.

Animal Petting Lounge (exclusive) | $5,250

Sit back and let the furry friends take your stress away! Sponsor our one and only Animal Lounge and help one find a new home.

Stretch & Meditation Break (three available) | $1,050 each

In between sessions is a great time for attendees to take a break and stretch or a moment to reflect on what they've just learned. Help provide our attendees with this guided break and encourage them to "stretch it out" with an instructor! One Stretch & Meditation Break per day. Sponsorship includes recognition in marketing materials for the break, recognition on signage outside the space/room, and the opportunity to provide a t-shirt or other branding for the instructor.

Marketing Sponsorships

Mobile App Advertising/Sponsor | $7,500 exclusive or $3,750 co-sponsorship (two partners)

The INACSL26 mobile app provides meeting attendees with anytime access to details about INACSL26 sessions, posters, activities, speaker details, and more. As a mobile app sponsor, you will receive one push notification per day of the conference, and your advertisement/logo will appear in the mobile app, recognizing you as a sponsor. Your logo will also be on signage that is displayed near the Exhibit Hall and Registration Desk.

Opening Keynote Sponsor (exclusive) | $10,500

Kick off the conference by welcoming the INACSL Opening Keynote. Sponsorship includes an introduction of the speaker, a slide in a rotating deck, and your company logo on pre-conference materials and signage.

WiFi Sponsor (exclusive) | $10,500

Attendees love to be connected at all times, and your company can make that happen! This sponsorship opportunity includes a customized SSID, Password, and Branded Splash Page. Your company logo will be placed on signage throughout the conference.

Mobile App Push Notifications | $1,575 each

Contact attendees during INACSL26 by sending a push notification in the conference mobile app. Take advantage of this limited opportunity to drive meeting participants to your booth or event. Sponsor to receive one push notification. Sponsor to share preference for notification day/time.

Attendee Daily Email Advertisement (four available) | $1,575 each

Secure a spot in our daily conference emails to reach registered attendees every morning during the conference. Include your branding in these valuable communications! Sponsorship includes company company-designed digital banner ad included in one daily email to attendees, with the opportunity to link the banner to a tracking click-through URL.

Conference Tote Bag Advertisement (ten available) | $1,075 each

Gain important branding in our tote bag and get noticed! Sponsorship includes recognition in marketing materials for the tote bag and a company-designed advertisement.

Passport to Prizes Participation | $840

Draw INACSL26 attendees to your booth to fill out their Passport to Prizes to gain additional exposure when the sponsor-provided prize is raffled off by a representative from your company in front of all attendees in the Exhibit Hall. Attendees must visit all exhibitors participating in the Passport to Prizes game and have their visits noted to be included in the prize drawing.

Hosted Educational Webinars (offered once a quarter) | $5,000 per webinar

Showcase your expertise to INACSL members in an online webinar to educate nursing and healthcare education simulators on new techniques and share opportunities for success in their role. Sign up to host an educational webinar to position yourself as an expert when you share your best practices with the INACSL community. Webinars are generally offered once a quarter and run for about 30-60 minutes.

INACSL Research Fellowship Sponsorship | $6,000

The INACSL Research Fellowship is a twelve-month program designed to develop future leaders in simulation research. This unique, web-based fellowship is comprised of monthly live webinars and extensive reading and writing exercises that provide participants the opportunity to learn from the top minds in the industry. Sponsorship includes extensive recognition during the fellowship, along with a logo feature to be displayed on our year-round partners page on the INACSL website with a link to the website of your choice.
