All INACSL sessions and events will be held at the Oklahoma City Convention Center (OKCC).

All rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Rooms are available until Friday, May 8, 2026, or whenever the rooms sell out – whichever occurs first.

Deposit Information and Cancellation Policy

A deposit of one (1) night’s room and tax will be required at the time of booking. Cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to check-in to avoid penalty.

Travel Information

The closest airport to the hotels and the Oklahoma City Convention Center is Will Rogers International Airport (OKC). It is approximately 10 miles from the airport to the hotels/convention center.
